heartbeat!
Posted: June 2, 2011 Filed under: preg life Leave a comment »I took a really crappy video with my cell phone of baby’s heartbeat, as picked up by our at-home doppler. Unfortunately, WordPress hates me and won’t allow me to post it here, so I’m going to have to link it instead:
(Since the sound quality isn’t great, you may have to turn your speakers waaaay up. And when you hear a dog panting, yep, that’s the heartbeat.)
We found the heartbeat for the first time at 11 weeks 2 days but I didn’t have my phone on me; we tried again the next day (11w3d) and this is the result. (To learn more about how we found it, see here.)
Since my doctor’s appointment is still two weeks away, it’s SUCH a relief to know that there’s a little baby in there. :)
